Matt launched and scaled BitGo's institutional OTC trading and capital markets business through the company's IPO. Before that he was the eighth employee at Genesis Trading, where he helped build its trading and lending desk. He began his career in traditional finance at Goldman Sachs, Fidelity and Bridgewater Associates.
Leon was CEO of Galaxy Europe, running the firm's institutional business across the region, and before that Managing Director and Global Head of Sales at Genesis. Earlier he managed commodities portfolios at Apollo Global Management and Trafigura, and began his career at UBS Investment Bank.
